Order Processing & Production Time

All items sold on our website are either pre-order or made-to-order. This means each piece is created especially for you after your order is placed.

  • Production Time:
    Orders typically take 2-3 weeks to be produced before they are shipped.

  • Production times may vary depending on item type, order volume, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Time

Once your order has completed production and is shipped:

  • Domestic Shipping: Estimated 3-4 business days

  • International Shipping: Estimated 1-2 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or holidays are outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
